Work Experience
Led design for a data visualisation dashboard for a B2B SaaS product and coordinated product-wide improvements across multiple squads to increase user retention.
Set the product vision with the founders for a wellness iOS app, redesigned core journeys, and introduced conversational AI to a chat interface to drive user acquisition.
Navigated complex technical and regulatory requirements to simplify core experiences for over a million users and improve user engagement.
Improved the carer marketplace experience for multiple personas and optimised dashboard products, operational processes and communication flows.
Led user research to inform product roadmaps for courier experiences like payments and scheduling. Tested MVP solutions to validate concepts before further development.
Side Projects
The pandemic made me lose touch with some of my hobbies, including photography. I now post a weekly photo to motivate myself and enjoy photography again.
